MALT VINEGAR - FRITES AU VINAIGRE

Comment mangez-vous vos frites ? Fourchette ou doigts ? Vinaigre, mayo, moutarde,ketchup, jus de citron ? Le week-end vient de commencer et je suis habituée à déguster un steak-frites ( qui, étonnamment, est le plat national français ! ), le samedi pour le déjeuner. Ah, les "coutumes" !!! J'aime "tremper" mes frites dans le jus du steak ( cuit avec des échalotes ) après les avoir arrosées de vinaigre de malt ou accompagnées de moutarde+ketchup+mayo ! Oui, je l'avoue, il me faut tous ces condiments!... Beau week-end ! How do you eat your chips ? Fork or fingers ? Mayo, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, lemon juice ? The week-end has just started and tomorrow will be Saturday. I am used to eat steak and chips ( which is ashtonishingly the French national dish ! ) for lunch on Saturdays. I like mine with the gravy from the steak and either malt vinegar or mustard + ketchup + mayonnaise ! Yes, I admit I need all those condiments !... Enjoy your week-end !

J'adore ça!!! Whenever I am in England, I always eat my fish & chips with malt vinegar...
Moi il me faut juste ketchup-moutarde...
Pour moi c'est dans de la crème fraiche épaisse !!!
